It's possible to study and work without time limits!

ALOHA!

Students, since November 15, 2022, you don't have to count your working hours anymore!

Faced with a growing labor shortage, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced a relaxation of several measures concerning foreign students, namely:

  • The ability to work more than 20 hours per week off campus.
  • The automation of certain applications for study permit extensions.
  • And the extension of certain measures for studies conducted from abroad.

To work more than 20 hours per week off-campus while you are studying you must:

  • Hold a full-time study permit (part-time with reservations) at a designated educational institution (DE);
  • Have received a positive response to your application for a Study Permit and plan to arrive in Canada soon.

This is a pilot program that will end on December 31, 2023.

As you can see, it's time to put down your pens and roll up your sleeves!

So don't hesitate any longer and come try the adventure!
